I choose this location as a meet up spot to sell a coffee machine. I came in and a gentleman named Eric was at the desk. For security reasons, I asked if we could meet inside the building. Eric was happy to let us do so! I felt extremely comfortable and safe during the transaction. Thank you for providing me safety and security Eric! I greatly appreciate it!!! Even seeing the customer service provided here as I waited was very impressive!

They've been good to me from the first time I went. This last time after some routine work I found another issue and brought my car back to get things assessed and see what could be done. Everyone I've worked with has been super nice and great with communication on what was going on every step of the way. Specific shout out to Nick who was the one I spoke with most of the time and who went out of his way to make sure I could pick up my car when it was ready even when my work hours had me getting there right at closing

Had the best experience at this location. BIG shout out and thank you to Eric and Perry!! They provided a thorough inspection of my tires and answered all my questions. Appreciate them so much and their patience. I will definitely be back and will be requesting them.

The guys at the downtown Indianapolis location on Delaware gave me some of the best customer service I've had. Got me in next day, super polite, honest, friendly. When I got home I noticed there was a bit of oil leaking and I couldn't make it back to the Delaware location. Honest mistake - older car, not the first time its happened to me. I called the Rangeline location in Carmel and they got me in a couple hours later. Also super nice, couldn't have asked for better customer service. But what really made a difference to me is that after I called the Rangeline location, someone from the Delaware location called me to try and understand the issue and make it right. That type of service means a lot more to me than if I hadn't needed to bring it back in. Was extremely satisfied with the whole interaction. The guy from the Delaware location was Perry (?) or maybe Carey.

Eric was amazing! I called just before closing with a flat. He was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond to patch my tire after closing and so I could get home safely! Can’t thank him enough!
